Please read these terms carefully before confirming your stay at Azure Mare Studios in Agios Georgios Pagon, Corfu.
Key Booking Summary
Direct bookings require a 30% deposit to secure your dates. Check-in starts at 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. The sandy bay of Agios Georgios Pagon is just 50 meters away, and free parking with keyless self-check-in is provided for all five boutique units.
Reservation & Booking Policy
Reservations for Azure Mare Studios (comprising Phos Family Apartment, Jasmine Sea View Studio, Daphne Studio, Petra Studio, and Anemos Studio) can be placed directly through our official booking portal or verified reservation partners. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit payment and written issuance of our official booking confirmation email containing your unique reservation ID.
Rates & Payment Terms
All published rates are in Euros (€) per accommodation unit per night, inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) and municipal lodging duties. A non-refundable or standard deposit of 30% is due at the time of reservation, with the outstanding balance payable prior to or upon arrival via major credit cards or verified bank transfer.
Greek Climate Resilience Levy
In compliance with Greek Law 5073/2023, an obligatory Climate Crisis Resilience Tax is charged per room/apartment per night (varying between €1.50 and €4.00 depending on season and accommodation classification). This duty is collected on-site during check-in and is not included in standard booking quotations.
Cancellation & Modification Policy
Standard cancellations requested up to 21 days before the scheduled arrival date receive a full refund less a nominal processing administrative charge of 5%. Cancellations received between 20 and 7 days prior to check-in will forfeit the 30% deposit. Cancellations within 7 days or non-arrivals (no-shows) are charged 100% of the total reservation cost.
Check-in & Check-out Schedules
Check-in time commences at 15:00 (3:00 PM) on the arrival date. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 (11:00 AM) on the departure date to permit our meticulous sanitization protocol. Early arrivals and late departures are accommodated upon request and subject to availability and prior confirmation.
Self Check-in & Keyless Access
For guest convenience and flexible travel arrivals, secure self-check-in lockbox or electronic keypad access credentials are provided 24 hours prior to arrival along with clear step-by-step navigation directions to our property in Agios Georgios Pagon.
Guest Capacity & Maximum Occupancy
Strict occupancy limits apply to each accommodation type: Phos Family Apartment accommodates a maximum of 6 guests; Daphne, Petra, and Anemos Studios accommodate up to 4 guests; Jasmine Sea View Studio accommodates a maximum of 2 guests. Unauthorized additional overnight visitors are prohibited.
Identity Verification & Passport Registration
In accordance with Hellenic Police and Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE) regulations, every guest must furnish a valid passport or government-issued national identity card upon arrival or through our secure pre-arrival digital registration form.
Property & Amenities Usage
Guests are provided full access to their private unit, private balcony/veranda, equipped kitchenettes, air conditioning, 43-inch Smart TV, safe deposit box, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi network. Amenities are provided exclusively for resident guests.
Beach Proximity & Sandy Footwear Care
Azure Mare Studios is located approximately 50 meters from the beach of Agios Georgios Pagon. Outdoor foot rinse showers are situated at the property entrance. Guests are kindly asked to rinse beach sand prior to entering the studios to maintain our premium flooring and drain infrastructure.
Quiet Hours & Community Respect
To safeguard tranquil relaxation for all guests, standard Greek national quiet hours (15:00–17:30 during summer and 23:00–07:00) must be respected. Loud music, parties, and disruptive gatherings on balconies or communal grounds are strictly prohibited.
Non-Smoking Policy
Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly forbidden within all interior spaces, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Smoking is permitted exclusively in outdoor private balconies and designated terrace areas with ashtrays provided.
Pet Policy
To guarantee hypoallergenic safety and comfort for all visitors, pets and domestic animals are not permitted inside Azure Mare Studios unless explicit written authorization has been granted prior to booking confirmation for certified service animals.
Housekeeping & Linen Services
Accommodations are thoroughly sanitized prior to guest arrival. Bed linens and bath towels are refreshed every three (3) days during extended stays. Complimentary beach towels are provided in each studio for beachside use.
Kitchenette Use & Waste Management
Kitchenettes are equipped with appliances, cookware, dinnerware, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. Guests are expected to leave the kitchenette tidy, wash used cookware, and regularly deposit bagged household waste into the municipal collection bins located along the roadway.
Damage, Breakages & Security Deposit
Guests are financially responsible for any deliberate damage, excessive staining, loss of property keys, or structural destruction caused during their tenure. Azure Mare Studios reserves the right to charge the guest's registered credit card for necessary repair or replacement expenditures.
Air Conditioning & Energy Conservation
In alignment with sustainable eco-friendly tourism practices, windows and balcony doors must remain closed while air conditioning units are active. Please switch off climate control and lighting when leaving the studio for day trips or beach activities.
Valuables & Personal Property
Electronic in-room safe deposit boxes are provided for guest jewelry, electronic devices, and travel documents. Azure Mare Studios accepts no legal liability for lost, stolen, or damaged personal valuables left unattended inside or outside the accommodation.
Complimentary On-Site Parking
Free designated parking spaces are accessible for registered guests. Vehicles and their contents are parked entirely at the owner's risk. Azure Mare Studios assumes no liability for theft, vandalism, or accidental vehicle collisions on the grounds.
Wi-Fi & Internet Usage Standards
Complimentary wireless internet access is supplied for standard leisure and remote work purposes. Guests agree not to employ the network for illegal downloading, copyrighted media distribution, or disruptive bandwidth abuse.
Excursions & Third-Party Services
Information, recommendations, or concierge arrangements for boat rentals, private skippers to Porto Timoni or Canal d'Amour, vehicle hires, and water sports are provided in good faith. Azure Mare Studios acts solely as a referent and bears no liability for third-party operator conduct.
Maintenance & Emergency Entry
Management reserves the right to access accommodations during reasonable daylight hours with prior notification to conduct critical maintenance, plumbing repairs, or health safety inspections, and immediate entry without prior notice in acute emergency scenarios.
Force Majeure & Extreme Weather
Azure Mare Studios cannot be held legally liable or issue compensatory damages for reservation interruptions triggered by events outside reasonable control, including severe Mediterranean weather, ferry or air transit cancellations, power network failures, or governmental regional directives.
Health, Safety & Medical Assistance
A standard first-aid kit is stocked on the premises. In the event of emergency medical conditions, our management will assist guests in contacting local medical clinics, emergency services (112 / 166), or doctors in the North Corfu regional district.
Personal Data Protection & GDPR
Guest personal contact details and identification records are processed strictly in compliance with EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679. For more details on data handling, please read our Privacy Policy. Information is utilized exclusively for reservation fulfillment, legal fiscal invoices, and official tax reporting.
Commercial Photography & Filming
Commercial photo shoots, brand advertising campaigns, or commercial cinematography within the property require written contractual authorization from Azure Mare Studios management prior to arrival.
Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hellenic Republic. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Corfu (Kerkyra), Greece.
Modifications to Terms & Conditions
Azure Mare Studios reserves the right to revise or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior individual notice. The version published on our official website at the time of your reservation confirmation governs your stay.
